My cousin Genevieve sent me a link to a website with this amazing photograph of our moms’ family lined up on the deck of the ship that brought them over from Holland when they emigrated in April, 1952. B was able to use his photoshop mastery to grab bits of the photo from the website and stitch it together and make it nice and big. It’s my newest favourite possession; I’m getting it printed this weekend so I can hang it up in our stairwell of art and family photos. continue reading »
