A Tale of Two Markets 2
At our local farmers’ market two Saturdays ago, I couldn’t resist buying a felted rabbit doll. He was very dapper, in bowtie and wool coat, carrying a miniature replica of my own Mi’kmaq basket. This past Saturday B and I drove the French Shore, stopping at the farmers’ market in Grosses Coques so I could check out the new work of one of my favourite folk artists.
